The Spordi homes were inspired by freedom and movement, offering light-filled rooms, smart solutions and designs that support both active living and quieter moments.

TRIPLE-GLAZED WINDOWS
The apartments come with triple-glazed windows set in timber and aluminium frames, which reduce heat loss by up to 30% and are more sound- and weather-proof than other windows.
IDEAL INDOOR CLIMATE
All of the apartments feature water-based underfloor heating which can be adjusted in every room, plus ventilation that ensures high-quality indoor air. The loft apartments come with air conditioning, which can be fitted in other apartments if desired.
SMART HOME
Apartment heating and ventilation controls, the intercom system, garage door opening and monitoring of water and electricity meters is all managed from a single wall-mounted screen. You can do all of this via a mobile app as well.
ROBUST CONSTRUCTION
The walls between the apartments are made from 200 mm reinforced concrete panels, ensuring even better soundproofing. The internal walls in apartments are plasterboard on a metal framework. Ceilings are 2.70 m high in all rooms apart from corridors, bathrooms and utility rooms, where they are 2.40 m high.
ELECTRIC CARS
There are charging points for electric cars in the underground car park. Other electric vehicles like scooters and bikes can be charged via the socket in the storage space.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
All of the design solutions and products were selected for the buildings based on the principle of energy efficiency. The buildings themselves have an energy efficiency rating of B.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The green areas shared by the buildings provide a comfortable setting for active recreation or simply relaxing on a park bench and listening to the birds sing. The space features a children’s playground and an outdoor gym.
A BALCONY FOR EVERY APARTMENT
Each of the apartments comes with its own balcony or terrace. The railings are predominantly made of glass so that you can soak up the sun.

Management of heating and ventilation, the intercom system, garage door opening and monitoring of water and electricity consumption are brought together on a screen in each apartment. You can also monitor and manage all data via a mobile app.
