Spordi 3A/3B Special Offer: Kitchen Credit up to €20,000

  • The campaign is valid from January 19, 2026, to February 28, 2026, for those concluding a contract of sale in the Spordi 3A/3B development.
  • As part of the campaign, with the purchase of an apartment, you receive:
    • Kitchen credit from our partner Karp Disain.
    • Notary Fee €0
  • As part of the campaign, the apartment price includes kitchen furniture credit based on the apartment’s room count. The value of the kitchen furniture credit, including VAT, is divided by apartment type as follows:
    • 2-room apartment – up to €8,000
    • 3-room apartment – up to €10,000
    • 4-room apartment – up to €15,000
    • 5-room apartment – up to €20,000
  • If the price of the selected kitchen furniture exceeds the amount specified in the campaign, the client pays the price difference directly to Karp Disain.
  • If the final price of the kitchen furniture is below the campaign limit, the client may use the remaining amount for the purchase of kitchen appliances only through Karp Disain.
  • The kitchen credit is realized in cooperation with the kitchen partner. Arco Vara is not responsible for the kitchen’s delivery time, quality, warranties, or after-sales service. Rights, obligations, and claims related to the kitchen remain entirely between the client and the kitchen partner.
  • The campaign offer cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other development projects.
  • The developer has the right to change, suspend, or terminate the campaign terms.
