Spordi 3A/3B Special Offer: Kitchen Credit with the Purchase of a 4-Room Apartment

  • The campaign is valid from 1 September to 31 October 2026 for customers who sign a contract under the law of obligations for an apartment in the Spordi 3A/3B development.
  • As part of the campaign, buyers will receive kitchen credit of up to €10,000 (including VAT) from our partner Karp Disain.
  • If the price of the selected kitchen furniture exceeds the campaign credit amount, the customer must pay the difference directly to Karp Disain.
  • If the final price of the kitchen furniture is below the campaign credit limit, the customer may use the remaining amount to purchase kitchen appliances exclusively through Karp Disain.
  • The kitchen credit is redeemed in cooperation with the kitchen partner. Arco Vara is not responsible for the kitchen’s delivery time, quality, warranties, or after-sales service. All rights, obligations, and claims related to the kitchen are solely between the customer and the kitchen partner.
  • The campaign offer cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other development projects.
  • Only one special offer may be used per apartment purchase.
  • The developer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign and its terms.
