On your marks… Get set… Pre-sales are go!
Pre-sales of the Spordi 3A/3B homes have begun – and those quickest out of the blocks have a clear head-start! Act before 1 August and you’ll get a discounted price, free parking and storage spaces and a downpayment of just 5%!
Spordi 3A/3B pre-sales advantages until the end of July:
- Reduced prices: With the start of the public sale on 1 August, list prices will apply.
- Parking space and storage space included in the price: Buy later and you’ll pay €20,000 for a parking space in the underground car park and €6000 for a storage space.*
- Downpayment of just 5%: At the pre-sales stage, you pay just 5% of the price when you sign your notarised contract of sale. The remaining fees are paid only after the completion of the building and entry into the final contract at the end of 2026.
- Have a say in the design of your home: You can create a space that’s totally in line with your dreams and wishes!
*During pre-sales, the price includes a storage space (1.9-2.1 m2) and a parking space in the underground car park. You may of course park outside if you wish to, but in that case the difference will not be compensated.

— Underground: €20,000
— In front of building: €10,000

— Up to 2.1 m² - €6,000
— 2.3–2.9 m² - €7,000
— 3–4.6 m² - €8,000

Apartment reservation
Once you’ve chosen the apartment for you, we enter into a reservation contract with you. This means the apartment is held for you and you alone – no one else can take it from you. The reservation comes into effect the moment the €5000 fee for the contract is received in our account. The reservation is time-limited, remaining valid until a notarised contract under the law of obligations is signed. Don’t worry though – the reservation fee is deducted from the purchase price.
Contract under law of obligations
Within a month of paying the reservation fee, we come to the next milestone: a notarised contract of obligation, in which we agree on all the details of the transaction. This requires you to have paid at least 5% of the cost of the apartment.
Real rights contract
Once the apartment is ready to be handed over, we enter into a notarised real rights contract. By this point you’ll need to have paid the rest of the purchase price – then you’ll get the keys and can happily settle into your new home!
Price includes:
— Building, apartment and interior finish according to designs
— Connections to water and sewerage networks
— Connections to electricity and heating networks
Price does not include:
— State fees and notary’s fees (to be paid by the buyer)
— Subscription to communications services, incl. security and television
— Storage space (prices from €6000-€10,000) and parking space (€10,000 in front of the building, €20,000 underground)
